Application Process

Entry onto the Award must comply with the University requirements for admission to Postgraduate awards. The MA is open to anyone who has some prior theological qualification whether lay or ordained. Applicants are expected to meet one of the following criteria:

• A theological qualification resulting in ordination to the priesthood or has ministerial responsibility for leadership in a church
• A theological qualification resulting in a qualification to be a lay minister or lay pastor in a Church
• An honours degree of a UK University, or any other qualification deemed to be equivalent to a UK honours degree.

Or:

• If an applicant does not have an honours degree he/she may still be admitted if he/she has significant appropriate experience and can provide evidence of ability to undertake the course successfully and benefit from it.

All applicants will be given an interview and an account of the details concerning the course.

Course Fees

£375 per module, which works out at £1,500 per year. Course fees can be paid by monthly instalments.
